Ways to Support Camp

Make a donation.

When you give, you allow us to provide a safe, enjoyable, and free summer camp experience for the children we serve. Our camps are only possible through generous donations from people like you. Thank you for supporting Lions Camp Crescendo and our free summer camps.

Spread the word.

Tell your friends and family about Lions Camp Crescendo! The work we do serves children who may not otherwise have the opportunity for a summer camp experience. There's no better way to make an impact than to become an active advocate yourself. Thanks for your support!

Corporate Programs

Lions Camp crescendo is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that relies on donations and groups who utilize our camp facilities as the operating funds we need to run our camp. While our free summer camps are only a few weeks in duration, the camp's needs, maintenance, and upkeep are year-round.

Many companies make it easy to support Lions Camp Crescendo every time you shop with them. Most programs require a simple, one-time setup, and then each time you shop, they will donate to the camp at no cost to you! This is a great way to help Lions Camp Crescendo. Below are some of the programs you can participate in and how to get started.

Living Tree of Humanitarian Service

Tree of Giving Cropped.jpg

Located on a wall in the front of the William V. Land memorial lodge is The Living Tree of Humanitarian Service. This tree was designed and produced by Lion Mitch Ensor of Lebanon Junction, Kentucky, to share the happiness of providing service to others. Donations are cumulative and may be made over time toward the purchase of a leaf as follows:

  • Bronze Leaf - $200.00

  • Silver Leaf - $1,000.00

  • Gold Leaf - $5,000.00

  • Ruby Stone - $10,000.00

  • Diamond Stone - $25,000.00

All monetary donations you make to the camp will cumulatively count towards a leaf on the tree.

See our donation page.

Memorial Board

You can donate in honor of an individual and have that individual’s name placed on the camp’s Memorial Board (displayed in the main room of the William V. Land Memorial Lodge).

A memorial donation requires a minimum amount of $100. Multiple donations (totaling a minimum of $100) can be combined. This is a great way to honor the memory of a Lion, Leo, friend, relative, or loved one while helping Camp.

See our donation page.

Honors Board

To place an individual on the Honors Board, submit a minimum $100 donation and documentation concerning the reason the individual is being honored. Some individuals have been recognized for outstanding service. In contrast, others have chosen to recognize birthdays or other special days such as Father's Day or Mother's Day by donating in honor of someone special. A plate will be engraved as specified and installed on the board, which is displayed in the main room of the William V. Land Memorial Lodge.

Debt Reduction

The loan on Lions Camp Crescendo's property resides with the First Harrison Bank. In addition, the camp has several outstanding notes that have been used to fund the camp. If you would like to help us pay off the camp mortgage and notes, please see our donation page and designate your donation for debt reduction.
